Daniel Ross Van Der Linden

Daniel R. Van Der Linden age 26 of Chandler and Rochester, MN died on Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Cottage House in Luverne, MN. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the Christian Reformed Church in Chandler. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 PM Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Chandler Funeral Home in Chandler and continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Daniel Ross Van Der Linden was born September 14, 1983 to Robert and Jodie (Klarenbeek) Van Der Linden at the Murray County Memorial Hospital in Slayton, MN. He was baptized and made his profession of faith at the Chandler Reformed Church. Dan attended Murray County Central Schools graduating in 2003. He then attended one year at the Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, MN.

He enjoyed comic books, Star Wars, Star Trek, and watching movies but most of all enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

On Monday, June 21, 2010 Dan died at the Cottage House in Luverne, MN surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 26.

Dan is survived by his parents, Robert and Jodie Van Der Linden of Chandler, MN; two brothers, Joshua (Amanda) Van Der Linden of North Branch, MN and Jacob Van Der Linden of Chandler, MN; three nephews, Levi, Brady, and Ethan Van Der Linden of North Branch, MN; grandparents Henry and Lucille Van Der Linden of Luverne, MN, and Arthur and Johanna Klarenbeek of Sioux Falls, SD; special grandparents Harold and Janet Hart of Slayton, MN; six uncles, eight aunts, sixteen cousins, and a host of friends.

His great grandparents preceded him in death. Blessed be the memory of Dan.
